Tacokitty found that this forum is in the 12th page of google results when you simply Google "transformice forum". We need to boost this. If anybody has any ideas, please post.

I think we need to say the words Transformice and forums more in our posts.

Maybe get more people to get on the site....

Bribe Google by telling them if they boost us up, we'll teach them how to be super pro at Transformice.

In the off-topic section, we need to post more links to popular sites on google, and try to get this site linked to.

Like a blog or something.

Guys, the way Google works is by checking to see how many other places point links to the forum.
But, a link from say Google.com directly to our forum would boost us right to the top, a link from a less popular website is worth less. This works in conjunction with the amount of times we say key words, and how often the site is updated. So the things that we need to do to get people on the site are:
1. We need to backlink from other sites, in our sigs on other forums, blogs, wikis, anything we can, and the more popular the site is with google itself, the better.
2. Use a lot of key words in our posts. Not to the point where it gets annoying, just don't be afraid to say the whole name of Transformcats and Transformice rather than abbreviations. It will also help if someone makes a big thread of questions you had when you were playing the game the first time, and the answers to them. I think I'll do that tomorrow. This will help because if we can guess what questions people will ask, when they get typed into Google, our site will pop up with the answer. Just wanted to clarify, ~Kal

I honestly can't say anything I was going to suggest wasn't suggested by the times I read through this thread.
