Iamjagman is now your shaman, follow him !

That is exactly what is says in game. This disproves the rule that states all mice are female.

It was translated from french, and it doesn't really matter whether it's male or female. Actually, there are multiple places saying that they're female.

How was it approved by Tigounette? Did she email you or something? Because if so that's neat. Dancing

Someone took a screenshot of Tigrounette answering a question through the game. The question was if all the mice were female and she said yes.

She has said on multiple accounts that they're female, plus the newest references say "her" so that proves that currently they're all female.

Except when the makers of the game frequently say that the gender of all mice is female.

Just look at Pikachu for example. That pokemon (which looks like a mouse) is a girl... right?

In the show, Ash's Pikachu is male. It doesn't have the cut into it's tail (look up the gender differences for Pikachu).

Most people have established that it's a guy, both simply because it's actions seem that way and because I'm not sure, but there may have been some gender references. I think that the writers prefer to keep it unspecified because more people will identify with it that way. Although, it's hard to say that the tail split makes a difference, because the anime started before the gender differences came in to play, and would it make sense for them to add a split when there never was one before? Personally, I think male.

Now.. this is the real question.

WHY do we care about something as trivial as the gender of the mice playing?

*silence*

I think I have made my point.

If they wanted Pikachu to be female, they would have made the tail split the male counterpart. If they wanted Pikachu to be genderless, they wouldn't have made that distinction (there are several Pokemon without gender distinction). The result is that Ash's Pikachu is meant to be male.

Even though she says there all female it doesnt actually matter since it doesnt show in any way. Looking at clothing (unless a newbie) is enough to distinguish the person if male or female

Haha. We're just arguing about trivial stuff- It's already been said that they're female. xD
