| The first VIM awards are here! In this thread, we will elect five members (excluding Tacokitty, of course), vote for them, and write their name in the VIM - Very Important Members thread.
Remember, you cannot elect yourself. You may only elect others you believe have a chance of getting the most votes. You may elect as many people as you like. The first five people to be elected will be voted on to win the award.
Electing is now over. Please vote for the member you believe to have contributed to the forums the most, the one who is the nicest, or just for who you know the best.

| The title is misleading. It states "Very Important Member" but why are these people suppose to be important? What have any of them done to deserve to be titled "Important." This is more like "First come, first serve popularity contest."
Also, the rule of being able to elect more than one person seems a little off, but whatever.

I'm going to create a poll (which you will likely see the next time you come to this thread) that allows users to vote for the member that they believe deserves it most. This means that some new member that could possibly be elected likely won't win (unless there's some huge inside joke with it). Therefore, those who are best known, and thus, most "important" (all of you guys are important.  ) will win the award.

Only for this one. We have a small community right now, so if not enough people are here to nominate, then we cannot hold this. This is a temporary rule for only this thread.

I mean I like the admins and mods here. And right now Gb is winning by a landslide and I personally believe it's most likely because he's an admin. No offense to Gb, you know you're cool with me. |
